Whether you realize it or not, as a person your actions always have a positive or negative effect on others. I firmly believe in karma, always being yourself, and doing your best to be a good and genuine person. In October of 2008, I was introduced to a family from Seattle. On my first tour ever, this family got my band hotel room suites, and stocked us with enough food to last the rest of the tour. Over the years, every time my band would play in seattle, this family would always come out, support, cook us amazing meals, and bring enough groceries to feed a small army. (Best pulled pork ever!!) Like I do with so many of you, I’ve kept in touch with Jacqueline over the years; she rules and has always been super kind and a great person/friend. I received this today- a thank you note for “being one of the first people to believe in her” and an announcement of jacqueline graduating with honors and a bioengineering degree from University of Washington. So proud. If anyone should be saying thank you, it’s me. Thanks for always being such an amazing person Jacqueline. The world needs more people like you. This absolutely made my week, and means the world to me. Enough of the mushy crap- now go change the world. Ps- the Oakland A’s still got nothin’ on my Yanks! Xoxo

Aw yay, just spent an amazing day with Kaylee (homemade hashbrowns, fucking brits live dvd jam session, and saw Mainecakes/Brighten (and Justin remembered me! crazy!)) and I come home to scroll through my dash to this. Love you, Mike!
