Doing assigned reading for my dance class; 3rd...
I’d be okay with this if it was insulting the *dance* in gymnastics, fine. A lot of us aren’t trained by Russian ballerina’s, fine. Most of us do turns/leaps/etc in a modern fashion rather than with proper ballet technique, fine. We don’t have to deal with point shoes and can’t usually do more than 2 turns in a row, fine. We don’t know the proper names, fine....
