archiemcphee: Believe it or not, this heart-shaped balloon is actually a solid wooden sculpture. Entitled I Love You, this wonderfully deceptive sculpture was created by Seattle-based artist Dan Webb using fir, ribbon, and steel. Those careful curves and crinkles are so convincing, no matter how long we stare at it, it’s hard to accept that this balloon isn’t really a fragile, floating, inflatable object.
