Nobody knows McGinn better than Logan Couture. The two have been teammates since junior hockey and long-time roommates with the Sharks. In some ways, McGinn said, this was tougher on Couture.
“It’s tough because both Logan and I haven’t experienced this before,” McGinn said. “We were talking afterward on the plane, but I don’t think it really hit either one of us yet. But we’re going to be life-long friends, and we’ll be there for each other.”
